Let your light shine!

Someone told me today they noticed I am always smiling and always cheerful. They asked is it because I never have a bad day. I told them it's because of what I've found during the storms in my life, is the reason I smile. That is God. I smile and am cheerful because I am a new creation. I smile because I am forgiven. I smile because Gods got my back through all the hard times. I smile because I am a temple of the Holy Spirit. But most of all, I smile because I am a child of God and know it's not about how many verses you memorize, he cares about how you treat people. I'm not saying I'm perfect, I'm the one that knows I need Jesus. He is the only person that I care on what he thinks of me. So when you see me smiling, know that I am shining and drenched in happiness because my God lives in me. So next time I see you, I hope you're smiling also.
